There is no doubt about it that we have been destined to be ruled by incompetent people. Both of the parties which have been elected to rule the unfortunate people of Pakistan have twice shown their merit in the past and proved to be utter failure. Their governments were dismissed by their own presidents. Does anybody need to be explained why?
